I also almost quit until you said "mind over matter"… my father used to say that (coach/school Principal) all the time…THAT COMMENT made me push thru……"I am strong, I am capable"… love that too. Question: I am double-jointed and have a hard time doing push-ups, my elbows extend out instead of back, do you have any suggestions on how to correct that?? FANTASTIC WORKOUT once again. Thank you!
