But still the gym battles from the previous gen were better. To name some, the 5th badge ash vs clemont, 3rd badge korrina vs ash,1st badge eventhough he won in the rematch…and 8th one ofcourse the ash greninja sweep

The dragon trial was hard with me and incinroar… I had a shiny zygard from the event so I used it and won… it was a in game event so it is not cheating!!

In episode 109s defense, maybe Hapu has just been power leveling Golurk. Like Red was power leveling hitmonlee since it beat the Rhyhorn that had beat 3 Pokemon that were super effective against it and a Jolteon using thunderbolt. On the Jolteon.

Still wish Ash could have done the dragon trial like he did in the I Choose You manga before it flashed back to the movie portion of it. Cause seeing Pikachu Torracat Lycanroc Rowlet Meltan and Poipole take on Totem Kommo-o
TBH I loved nanus trial as it wasn't the battle that was important. It was ash being human. I personally think that this was much better development for ash than clearing Nanu out as we have seen that before. Ash not recognising a trait in his pokemon for a very long period of time ( please correct me if I am wrong) is something we haven't ever seen so I loved this battle

Team Rocket against Ash Ketchum in the abandoned Ghost Pokemart was really awesome to see Mimikyu almost thrash Pikachu and to see Beware get really angry at Team Rocket for deceiving her was awesome to watch.
And the sexy Olivia Grand Trial battle was awesome and could not have happened to a better trainer than her.
So happy to have seen her again later on in the series when Brock and Misty visited Alola and the episode of Brock hitting on Olivia was so funny it really made the episode worth it in the end.
I am sure ever after the Sun and Moon series end, there will be many Olivia fan art and fan fiction of her and Brock.

I found all of the Trials and Grand Trials great, I enjoyed all of them. I can’t wait for Gym Battles to come back in the Sword and Shield Anime
For some reason I really hope they could make ash rival from the past series instead of make travel companion return because from my opinion the return of rival could make the series more unique and bring some new way to develop a story of Ash and his new Pokemon.The return of Brock and Misty is great especially Brock,like how he get a new Pokemon to bring him more closer to his dream but how about ash development?he just using Pikachu right now instead to bring the potential of his new Pokemon like when he battle Misty (well I knew it is the best choice to use Pikachu after all)I hope before this nostalgia series end it can bring his rival like Gary to develop Ash's character.
Seriously, if they can bring the original gang back instead make a development for the new gang why not bring back the original rival?
My top 10 trials are 10, Ash Vs Hapu, 8, Team Rocket Vs Totem Rattcate 8, Lana Vs Totem Wishiwashe 7, Ash Vs Totem Lerlabtris 6, Ash Vs Nanu 5, Ash Vs Totem Gumshoes 4, Ash Vs Hala 3, Kiawe Vs Tapu Lala 2, Ash Vs Mimikyu 1, Ash Vs Olivia.
Ash vs Olivia is still a great battle but personally I still prefer Ash vs Nanu. Mostly due to the banter between Ash and Nanu and the excellent animation.
Also a bit of feedback here but please don't use loud/annoying sound effects like the one @ 8:06 in your videos again. Or if you do, keep them at a minimum. And the mic sound shifts could get annoying if over used so also don't use them like every 20 seconds or so. Also one last thing, no unnecessary emojis please…

Another reason the Ash vs Team Rocket trial was amazing was that the dub kept Rocket Dan Danka in the background, at least the instrumental version
