I’ve bought several items from Lulu Like New and I only buy good as new products. Ive only had one issue with a pack it down jacket there was hole on the hood. They resent me new one and I donated damaged one. But other than that the items have been in pristine condition. Sorry you had poor experience I’d contact them. And I agree they need better quality control and descriptions on site. But hopefully they’ll get it together.
So according to people on Reddit (take this with a grain of salt) it’s a 3rd party company that lists the clothes so that’s why some things have specific names and some don’t. Also why you have to pay for shipping.
I’d rather give money to worthy thrift shops. This is an ugly cash-grab. Not to mention that whoever is processing these is not very familiar with Lulu at all!
Yeahhh this is cool but I’d rather buy from someone on poshmark!! Weird that they stamp everything with the “like new” and then put in plastic and THEN ship. Like how much more sustainable is this really? Getting green washing vibes haha
For a customer its a great deal for the sellers it is an absolute rip off, they give you literally less than 50% of what they sell the items for and as store credit not even straight liquid money.
do you have to live in CA or TX for purchasing lulu's like new?
Such a scam.. reminds me of thred up…. Where they give u .50cents for your items then resell them for $20
Your better off shopping the wmtm… that shirt was eww with all the stains hope you returned it…

They didn’t launch this in Canada and I think I’m okay with that 🥲

I’d rather wait and buy from wmtm every week 🤷♀️
very serious question. Where is this fox pillow from on your bed?!
How long did the shipping take?
I just did a review video on the “Like New” section too and got some of their Aligns, and one of mine came with a HOLE it in 😂😅 It got wild y’all 🤣🤣💀💀
