you guys are ruining it for those who actually need the quality prommise! not knowing how to wash ur leggings is ur fault and Align leggings are unable to be returned because they are so fragile. Old legging shouldn’t just be returned because u want new ones the policy is for those who ACTUALLY NEED it because the product is defective. And because of people like u the make cancel the policy all together

It’s people like you that make working in retail so frustrating. Companies know that videos like this exist and it’s considerate to not take advantage of companies and employees for the sake of “tik tok”. Take care of your clothes properly and buy new ones when needed. Lululemon does NOT have a lifetime guarantee and 95% of the time this won’t work.

I used to work for Lululemon and we would occasionally get guests who would try and pull this stunt (they certainly never walked out with free leggings). I feel really bad for the staff members who these girls actually recorded in their video. If the company were to be let on that this video exists, the staff who served the girls could be in serious trouble for this. Having said that, it wouldn't surprise me if these girls were to be banned from shopping at that store again should the company be aware of their tricks. It wouldn't be the first time that has happened.
as a previous lulu employee, lemme just say that they are getting more and more strict with the quality promise because of videos like these and tik toks that have been going around. y'all definitely got lucky, but it has gotten to the point where they don't just accept anything as small as these anymore.

it worked for me. my pair was 5 years old and after getting them hemmed, there was TINY hole. I brought them in, asked if I could get it fixed. She just gave me a new pair. God bless Lululemon
