22:59 for me aligns waist always feel way too loose and sizing down is not an option might try these if they have a longer length
The unlimit high rise are my favourite leggings for yoga because the waistband stays in place and doesn’t roll over at all. I also find them flattering and so comfortable.

Very helpful. I want a pair of joggers for running around on Saturday – not necessarily working out. I tend to work out in shorts year around. Maybe the Scuba ones will work for me.
