I can’t thank Adrienne enough for her videos and the amazing way she makes them. I have played other yoga videos from other people but I always came back to Adrienne’s videos because she is down to earth, soft spoken, and she understands that not everyone is in the same yoga level. Love how she talks and how she teaches and I am here to stay with her. No more looking around for other yoga videos. I have been doing the Core and Booty every day for about two months. I was looking for Yoga with Adriene for skiiers but I could not find it. Well, skiing may not be top priority in Texas! Anyway, as I was skiing last week, I realized this video is a great "Yoga for Skiiers" video!
THanks Adriene, I might be doing this one several times, but with more fire in the leg and butt part to get more heat, I feel more heat gives me more relief and makes savasana so much better. Thank you for your loving vibes!

Been trying for a couple yoga videos by different instructors and I find this suits me the best, like the entire rhythm is slow, and your voice is calming also reminds me of why I'm doing it. Love it and please make more videos like this!

The whole practice I was like….I got this. Easy Peasy. Then I tried to sit up at the end….and my stomach was like WHAT WAS THAT?!? Lol. Guess I need to work on my core more intentionally more often 🙂 Thanks Adriene!

Just wonderful. I got out of my yoga practice, but in going to the chiropractor, I was told I need to strengthen my core to help my spine. The gentle core work and foucus on my body as a whole, really made this session a good reminder. Thank you for that. Now, maybe, it's time to get back int a regular overll practice. 🙂
