Great video! I agree that the Fast and Frees are a great all purpose legging. I use mine for all types of workouts. The “All the Right Places” leggings are also pretty versatile.
I don’t understand the hype about the aligns. They may be thin and stretchy but they aren’t very breathable so I never wear mine for any type of workout.
