  10. Yo tell me why I feel like he, and the short and dark haired gal are in a relationship, and on this day they were like…, arguing, fighting, something. He pays her a bit more attention. AND after the Mountain climbers, he comments on how he just joined at the last few seconds and woo, what a killer! Her EYEROLL 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t think Daniel ever played an instrument. His rhythm is all over the place. Any other musicians bothered by his countdowns?

  12. I discovered this channel through another YouTube channel and i have tried my first exercise and i like it a lot everything is different from any videos i have seen before now i weight 68 and I'm aiming to reach 59g. I can't wait to return to read this comment when I reach my goal.

  13. I'm overweight…. Not dedicated enough to bring my weight further down from 72kgs to 67kgs…

  14. Hi everybody! Here's talking 30years old woman and I weighted almost 100kg. That's like something about 220lb. I have lost little bit weight but I've noticed really big changes in my body! I walked pass the mirror and was like "Oh,! what AN ASS! WHO'S THAT GIRL?!" 😂
My legs are tight like there's muscle in my thighs. It feels so freaking funny when I'm going to sit down and hold my hand at my thighs I can't feel fat just hard muscle. Before I made jokes about my legs and how fat they are. I was joking everything including my weight and fat because I wanted to get over that with joking but that didn't work no way. So I started to do work out and watch Team Body Project's vids! I've done work out for 2-3 months and can do this advanced level already.

I'm so proud of myself!!! THANK YOU TEAM BODY PROJECT and I want to thank my friend Helena who gave me a prep talk about how important is to do training. And Elina who has been my a big supporter.I love them to death💜 AND I want to be thankful to myself. I've done pretty hard work. I eat better nowadays and try to concentrate to get enough protein. I eat lots of salad, with a chicken or tunafish. I love salmon too.

I had anorexia nervosa ten years ago and I weighted only 36kg. It's so little weight that I'm really surprised that I'm still alive. And then years gone by and I gained weight a lot. At 2020 I weighted the biggest number ever: 120kg!
When I had anorexia, I run like 10km's roads and wanted to be thinner and thinner!

Now I want too get thinner BUT I've noticed big difference in training comparing to those anorexia times. Then I wanted to be just thin and didn't think nothing else. Now I ENJOY WORK OUT!! That's a huge difference and this is the time first time as an adult when I really enjoy to do work out and wait for the next time I will do it. It's by the way very hard to see your body image when you have weighted everything between 36-120kg's!

So Team Body Project thank you all and keep on sending your amazing vids! I'm a huge fan of yours. And Daniel, you're SO FREAKING HOT! 🔥

I'm sending peace and love to all who are making effort to their bodies!! It's so amazing so just keep on doing it! Greetings from Finland 🇫🇮, love you all xxx Jenni 💜

  15. Today I’m happy.. i watched this video before I decided to do it, was honestly very scared.. but I DID IT 🤩 ..stopped a few times and couldn’t move as fast at 223lbs.. but i did it.. be encouraged folks!!🥹

I look so haggard after the workout LOL

  17. That's the hardest workout I've done yet on this channel!! And the only video on YouTube where I've watched the ads all the way through without skipping them! 🤣

  18. Would you guys consider taking the adverts off please it ruins the flow of the workout 🙌

Se posso dare un suggerimento… limitate i frequenti cambi di inquadratura… fanno girare la testa!

This one's a little too advanced for me…I tried low impact beginners workout for like 1 month,Feel a bit cocky and move straight up to this… needless to say I almost puke halfway through 😂🤣

  31. It might have felt great for many ppl as I can witness it from the comments, but I honestly didn't even feel like taking a break for gasping air, it actually didn't feel intense at all. Maybe bcoz when u do yoga, your strength increases a lot, so it feels great when u find that workouts perceived as tough by others feel normal or ok to u. I am not blowing my own trumpet here, but just suggesting to whoever reading this comment, to start inculcating yoga in their workout regime. At least two days u can dedicate to yoga, rest days u can practice any other form of workout like HIIT, cardio or anything u want!!. Stay healthy, stay strong!!!

  32. I love the way you zoom in close so the viewer can't see which the exerciser is doing. That's really helpful. Dynamic too.

  33. And it's so neat the way the camera shows the exerciser's feet and legs, and then pans up to show his shoulders. So the viewer can't see the whole exerciser. Gosh, that's a great help.

  34. And of course, show an exerciser from the waste up when what she's doing with her feet is the essence of the exercise, really helps the viewer understand the exercise.

  35. Did it ever occur to you how much better the video would be if you just showed all three people exercising, and didn't use the zoom lens at all? Then the viewer could see what the exercisers are doing. But oh, no, you have to show off your camera technique. That does nothing for the viewer, but gosh, it sure makes you feel important.

  36. May 31st – day 1
    90kgs😪
Goal weight: 65kgs in 3 months
Will come back here for updates

  37. 💯💯💯

  38. Hello! Thank you for this video!! As a marathon runner I enjoy this challenging yet high intensity workout. Of all of your other videos…is there another high intensity, low impact video you'd recommend?!
