I have plica knee pain, can I do this? Cause I was told to improve my condition through gaining flexibility for my legs, but i'm not supposed to hyper flex my knees at the same time.

Quad/Hip Flexor Stretch (1-2 mins)
1:23 Hip Flexor – squeeze the glutes and push your pelvis to the ground and back
3:00 Quad – don’t arch back. Eventually you will get head and shoulders touching wall.

9:33 Slant board variation

I'm now older but I rode horses when I was young which made me very strong but I discovered flexibility in my forties and have been doing yoga related routines for many years. I could see that the key to aging was flexibility more than anything else.

This is wonderful, thankyou. My first aim is to make it through the first stretches without cramping everywhere 😫 Years of running with legs doing the same repeated motion feels like my body as body is as flexible as tin despite stretching afterwards. However, I am determined to keep up with this as know my body will than me.
Nice exercises sometimes other stretching don't feel advance but with it, I found how improve my flexibility
