I used to work for lululemon and they have 100000% changed their sizing!! I was a 6 in everything. I’m 5’5” and weigh 138-140 lbs and I went to get another free to be bra and had to get a size 8 Bc the 6 was too small and snug. Still love their bras and the align pant but their sizing is not as consistent as it used to be!

Awesome video! so happy to know im not alone in my align obsession!! Cant stand anything else…you should try them on in Ruby Red i think it would suit you so nicely! I like Gymshark alot but the leggings cant touch the Aligns- the ones i have are more hot and scratchy, and give me this strange hip dip shape when i wear them- but still love them- i mostly wear them in winter. the only other pants i have found that i can stand is the Lux High waisted Capri Legging from Beyond Yoga, even though its more a technical fabric, its super stretchy and soft , easy to wash and somehow its a great fabric for hot weather too, i always reach for these when it feels too hot for my Aligns. they are flattering to the body in the same way, no compression or digging. it would be awesome to see someone do a review.

Hey Meg, I just wanted to say that you have inspired me so much and have helped me with my body image. I couldn’t tell you how happy I was to see in this video that you’re 5”3 and 146. I know that sounds weird but there’s not a lot of girl lifters with my type of body. As a 5”2.5 148ish 14 year old girl I struggle a lot with confidence and body issues but as I’ve watched your videos I’ve learned to love my body and all the strength it holds. I got interested in Powerlifting the beginning of this year and have decided to join the powerlifting team this fall, since I’ll be a freshman this is my first year!!!You have shown me that beauty is in all forms and that curvy can be strong!! I’m not like most girls my age because I “developed” some what early lol. I’m curvy and have a “big” or “above average” sized butt and I’ve delt with bullying and constant anxiety about if people talk about me behind my back and think that I’m fat. But I’m learning to say F that, I’m powerful and beautiful!! I know you probably won’t read this or respond I just want you to know that I bet there are a ton of girls out there watching you and looking up to you!! You are personally MY role model and my inspiration to lift and train even more!! I am so lucky and fortunate to have found you before my self image got worse. Is there any tips for a beginner power lifter like me
My max squat is about 160lbs ish, my bench is bad , 60lbs, I’m working on my upper strength, and I’m strengthening my back because my dad is coaching me for right now, he doesn’t want me to train too hard on deadlift for fear of me damaging myself. But my predicted should be 180.
