The new version of the Athleta salutation pocket tights doesn’t have the seam at the top of the waist band.
I personally prefer the slightly thicker more durable Athleta fabric for winters here in Illinois and the pockets that the salutation tights offer opposed to the align pants. Haven’t had the elation tights but for comparison purposes the most similar to the align pants for sure.
