Hii I am 5’5 and 131 lbs, I recently got a size 4 and they hug my skin tightly but feels like the waist is slightly sliding down and when I squat the crotch area has a few material bundling. Should I size down or keep as it is?

I love Aligns but I only have a couple pairs! It’s the weirdest thing because I dont want to spend the $$ on the plain colors, but I buy sooo many leggings so honestly Idk lol. They feel so amaazing though, I need to spring for a new pair soon. I don’t have Wunder Trains yet, but I did a try on once and loved them. Thanks so much for sharing your recommendations!!
What I meant to say do the wonder under have more compression then the align leggings I want to pick up my 1st pair just not sure what to pick up.
