  1. This was a really great 1 hr yoga practice focusing on the legs. I am not a runner, but I workout very intensely 4 to 5 times a week, and practice yoga the other days. Yesterday I did a 30 min cardio HIIT, and also a 40 min bodyweight strength workout for the legs. So I was looking for something this morning to stretch out my lower body, and this yoga practice really fit the bill perfectly! I feel nice and stretched out in the legs, and ready to walk confidently into my day! Thank you lululemon and Faith Hunter <3

  2. This was amazing. I would love to see more yoga videos done by Faith Hunter. She has a very calming voice, easy to follow instruction, and the background with the forest is much more relaxing than your videos shot inside. But please keep releasing new yoga practice videos !

  7. Today was my fifth time doing the exercises in this video. I was in a bit of a rush, so I decided to try the exercises while playing the video at 1.75 times the speed. Try it in fast motion. Let me know what you think.

    Thank you so much for this practice. As a runner we sometimes dont stretch after miles and miles of running. Well we cant run now due to Covid-19 lockdown, so we should take care of our bodies. This was a wonderful practice 😍

  16. The flow is good, but as a long time distance runner and yogi, a bit quicker pace and interesting variations to the typical 'runners flow' would attract more runners to the yoga community. I know it's important to learn the basics and correct form, but without introducing anything slightly outside the normal yoga stereotype, I think a lot of runners who need yoga won't be attracted to it. Totally my opinion, but even I get a little bored with the monotony of typical yoga flow. Let's make it more fun while being gentle with our bodies, eh?

  17. A slower class catered to beginner Yogi's, I think, but very enjoyable! Beautiful stretching and mindfulness class. Will definitely do again. Faith is a great teacher and lovely to listen to. Thanks Lululemon and Faith!

  18. So many yoga videos completely forget the quads, even when they cater to runners. Thank you for a thorough stretch of the lower back and front body. It really helps not just runners but weight lifters and those of us who work at a desk for hours each day.
