Thanks for the review. I'm one of those wide-toe-box weirdos, so I'm going to have to sit this one out. I've tried Asics and I find them way too clunky. If you'd like to try another nimble running shoe, check out the Saucony Kinvara.

These look so nice and maybe someday I'll try them, but I get foot pain easily so I don't branch out too often. To help with your overstriding have you tried taking smaller steps? That's what I always hear for running form tips is to take smaller, quicker step rather than reaching out for bigger steps to go faster

Please be careful when tying your shoes too tight. I accidentally tied mine too tight. It caused extensor tendinitis, the top of my foot swelled and it was painful. It took months for it to go away.

Just be super careful with changing shoes and heel drops in height. I transitioned from big clunky shoes to spikes and severely injured my coleus. Love you and your content! Keep running 🏃♀️

This review is Taylor talking smack for 20 minutes on the colour I chose after debating so hard between the pink/green or the white 😭😅 JK I know everyone has a preference, I’m just leaning into the neon and gonna wear fun bright tops more often on my runs.
These shoes were the first shoes I bought specifically for running, so they’re a major improvement on the other shoes I was using. I have more narrow feet so I don’t have an issue with the toe box as others do.
I got these and loved them so much I got a second pair. I’m a seasoned runner and comparing these to my usual go to brooks I LOVE these way more and can’t wait to rub my half and full next month in them

Looove review videos! Also, check out Hoka One One shoes. I am NOT a runner, however, they totally help me recover from planter fasciitis. I have the Clifton 8's, as well as the slides and the flip flops! Putting on a pair of Brooks is like putting plywood on my feet now! Will never go back! #Hoka4life!
I wanted to love these soooo bad! I bought the same color and loved the look. They feel very fast! Had a good few runs in them, but they ended up hurting my feet pretty bad. I think the arch was a little to much for me. Ended up taking them back, but excited to see the other shoes coming out later this year!

Also reminder to get new shoes after about putting in 400 miles in them if you can. After that point, the cushion breaks down! I didn't know this until I started training for ultras – but it makes a huge difference! I buy last year's model of my favorite shoe to get them cheap!

For me, the less built up the shoe, the better I run. I now run in Altras, which are zero drop or vivo barefoots for shorter runs. Sorted out a lot of my pain (hip, knee and back pain after every run, even short ones), so although I get knee pain after really long runs, if I'm not drastically over extending myself, I feel fine 😀

I am not a runner. I have tried multiple times. It is just not for me. Will I watch a shoe video about running shoes even though I have no need for them? Hell yes!
The idea that this is the first shoe that is made for women and not made from a men’s mold is ridiculous. Asics and Altra are two brands right off the bat that I know have specific design changes to cater for women.
