Company founder made matters worse when apologizing for his comments about women’s bodies.
Company founder made matters worse when apologizing for his comments about women’s bodies.
I mean he is saying the truth
Who gives a fuck
i dont blame him for saying that
attention fat girls: do not wear revealing or tight clothing, the point of that clothing is to look sexy to attract the opposite sex, not for you to be a stubborn bitch and make people lose their appetite. want to look sexy?? lose some f'n weight. ya dont put rims on a 87 Chevy lumina and call it sexy. cuz it aint. alright im done
and she said "lulumon" LOL
ughh who the fuck cares.
This ABC commentator is so annoying.
i am glad to be a single ,,,than be hypocrite with the hypocrite w,,thank you lord ,,
not everyone has the same waist size. this company's target market isn't a for everyone. people need to grow up. Lulu lemon caters to a certain demographic, if someone can't fit either loose weight or wear something else.
I'm a man who since I was young have dealt with waist circumference issues. since I have been 5'10 since 17 it's on me to keep thin or healthy. Not to be offended by some CEO of a company. suck it up buttercups. life is real and not always nice.
I like how robin said “Lulumon”
Sorry folks, but textiles will pill if it's stressed and rubbed against itself. Overweight women squeezing into stretch yoga pants that are 3 sizes small are going to have this issue. He should've simply clarified what he meant in a less transparent way. He's a jock and not that great with the press. In a later interview on NPR, he said people were buying several sizes too small for themselves to use the pant as a type of "Spanx" garment, and this was what was causing pilling. This is likely not actually true but it's a better way to explain the issue to a public who isn't used to having the brutal truth told to them by an actual athlete/designer. His apology was unnecessary.
Women thrive constantly on body shaming men and when a man does that he needs to give out a hostage video.
Someone please tell me how tf lululemon is pronounced ? I’ve heard 3 different pronunciations
He shouldnt apologize for something he built for all of you out there, I have seen the guy in different interviews and his inspiration comes from his grandma which is a woman by the way if you still haven't figured that out. Now back to the product he made, if it's not for you then move on, don't critisie him for it. Not every product on the market out there suits me and no body owes me an apology.
Ive never had a problem with the leggings being sheer theyre great
Sooo we need more apologies…
Really enjoyed the hoodies. Leggings are okay But other more affordable brands have just as good or better. Usually buy second hand. But might boycott. Too many story’s of lululemon treating people bad.
I see people are making fun of how the news reporter called it Lulumon but there’s no one seriously gonna talk about how the owner is a racist and no one should support him? The reason why he’s racist is because he named the company because he thought it would be funny for Japanese people to pronounce it, and he made a shirt that says bat fried rice
Lulu Lemon is a scam cult.
Okay, his apology sucked. What was he apologizing for again? Are we really pretending that women were somehow tricked in buying nearly sheer yoga pants, in droves? And are we really pretending that overweight women wearing thin skin-tight fabric isn't a liability for the fabric? No one's seen obese women walking around in yoga pants which look as if they'd be moaning, "kill meeee," if only they had a voice? Because I have. I have seen a lot of that. And I can never unsee it. That's the real crime here, and I did not get any kind of apology.
People are so sensitive
chocolate chip or potato chip?
This apology culture is just sickening.
so annoying. He didn't say anything wrong.
Chip really could do with some media training!
Just learned today that this dickhead legit made that the brand name that because he thought it would be funny to hear Japanese people pronounce it. No thought behind the name of it but straight racism 🤦🏾♂️
