You can try re-washing your white down jacket, and then putting it in a clothes dryer on low with a few tennis balls to help fluff the down again and break up the clumps. This is what I did when trying to wash my down jacket! I don't even own a dryer so I went to a laundromat thing but it worked out well! 🙂
