I love the align shorts for squat day, I have three pairs. They don't move, Im not constantly pulling on them As far as the Wunder Unders, Fabletics does some dang good leggings. Any of the high waist styles are great for compression.

I'm getting my first pair of these specific ones. I have others and so far my fave is the wunder train, but I'm so excited to try the wunder under. However… I'm sorry to tell you, but they ARE see through. I can see your underwear these when you squat. For me it's not a big deal though because I wear a long t or long cardigan with my leggings. Just a heads up. Thanks for this vid.
