However, the pink Chanel Diana Bag and the Chanel Classic Flap Bag in the Jumbo size are still next on my handbag wishlist!! I can’t wait to show you more of Chanel Spring Summer 2022 – or Chanel 22P – which is finally in the boutiques right now!! Luxury shopping in London is great, especially shopping at Dior, Chanel & Louis Vuitton!! You never know what you’ll find on a luxury shopping spree!! I love the new Bottega Veneta Teen Chain Pouch in black and my dream Fendi Peekaboo Mini with the embroidered flowers!! Another highlight was the Louis Vuitton Papillon Trunk Bag – they still don’t have any Louis Vuitton Nano Speedy models in stock. Stay tuned for my luxury shopping haul next week – can you guess what items I bought? Maybe something from Dior – a Dior Saddle Bag, a Dior Book Tote or another Lady Dior – what do we think about Dior’s new micro bags by the way? I’m in love with the micro Lady Dior!! Wow, what's up with Chanel? I must say that SA's in Harrods tend to be a bit rude. I remember buying a bag in the Chanel store upstairs and the SA could not understand why I didn't want a bag with a crocked CC lock….I mean.. hello! It became very awkward when I insisted she get another one. She didn't say one word to me after that, and took my payment in total silence LOL. About the signs……I totally agree, I have never seen any signs that says no photos or no filming. When I visited Nice some years ago a lady that was about to pick out a Chanel bag touched a display piece. OMG. The security guy came running and shouted at her for touching it. It did not say "please don't touch the display". It was very unpleasant and ended with a laud argument between the security guy and the womans husband, they left without the bag……! 🙁
How could they be so unappreciative of their customers and people who admire their brand?! Treating customers like second class citizens who should be thankful to even be in their presence is not sustainable at all. I wouldn’t spend another dime with them.

Actually I don’t really understand why filming is forbidden, let’s be honest, when it comes to a replicas, nobody take a shoots of bags at store, they just buy it, tear it up and make replicas 🤷🏻♀️ i agree the service is different from shop to shop but the way they treated you is disgusting, sometimes I feel like Chanel just make a favor to a customer when they “let” you buy a bag.

What an awful experience if this happened to me I would have been mortified I bet you’ve been reliving it over and over again and over thinking what happened. I always see people vlogging in these luxury stores and where I am in Australia I feel like it’s frowned upon, I’ve tried to do it for my channel and I just feel so uncomfortable doing it that I just don’t bother now which is a shame because I love watching vlogs and feel like I’m shopping along with you. I'm sure nothing will come of it… But i agree its SO UNFAIR that they make exceptions for other vloggers, one rule should fit all and if thats the way they treat you then everyone else should be treated the same (with more respect of course). I was told off by the manager in Dior, which i was surprised about when it happened…he shouted out across the room as he came running towards me to tell me i'm not allowed to film 😞 – and then again by Chanel, but that was security. 💕 xx
Some stores / boutiques / managers / Headquarters / brands should be grateful that YT ,IG and TikTok exist cause you guys are providing free advertisements and for us ,the ones that doesn’t live near any luxury brand boutique ,its the best way to know what’s in store and we get info about new products.I rely 100% on social media to know what’s new on the market and then I can ask my SA’s for the item and purchase ,,so sad this happened to you 🖤
You’re the 2nd YouTuber that I follow that has been treated badly by Chanel staff inside a boutique. Mel in Melbourne has not purchased a new bag from her local store in years because of how she was treated. I’m sorry about your experience. For a classy boutique, they employ some rude people.
If I were you, I would call the store and speak with the manager directly. Kindly let them know that you’re confused as to what happened that day. Obviously you were not aware of their “policy” bc you were opening filming, not hiding and being shady about it. Ask her if there is some sort of misunderstanding so you can work to resolve it.
Hi Romina, it is not the way to talk to someone, but i really believe they dont care at all if you continue filming or not, they actually do not make money by the influencers, the big fishes are not people who buy one or two or three bags a year, they have much much bigger fishes that make their annual turnover who spend millions a year, so one or two clients from your followers wont make them change their mind, they are a much bigger industry that really can survive without social media, dont worry and keep doing your life, kisses
Hi Romina. You are right, you should be able to filming Chanel products if the other people can do it. Exactly influencer is helping a lot to decide if we really want to buy that expensive bags or the other things. It is also very positive for the store. So I don’t understand what is the problem. But probably Chanel manager do not understand that they have more clients because of influencers. I am very thankful for every vlog. Probably also the other people will be agree that it is great job especially if you are not able to buy luxury products in the store, just order the products online. But you can see the videos of products, someone not working in luxury shop can tell you if it is worth to buy or not. Also sometimes the colours in real life is completely different than on the website, influencer also is showing the product (bag) inside, talking about quality of using materials and finish the products… That is very disappointed that people which are working in Iconic and very expensive brands are so rude and they discourage customers to shopping in their stores
This is so horrible! I live in Houston, TX USA and I film in there all the time. I even FaceTime my friends and make purchases for them. Their rules and guidelines are definitely not consistent

You are milking this like it’s some sort of exciting content for you. Many people are told off many times. Maria is a London based vlogger who is 5x bigger than you and get told off sometimes, she just stops ot does it secretly but not milk it like you are doing here. Just don’t film.

It is pretty obvious that it was personal. Chanel stores and Harrods allow people to film and all the manager needed to say was: please stop filming, we don't allow it here. And that would be the end of the conversation, since you apologized, stopped filming and left right away. That specific manager knows your channel and obviously she took advantage of her power in that store and got her "revenge". You can still shop at Chanel and make videos in other stores but be careful with that lady in Harrods because she is really onto you.
Yesterday i was in the Chanel boutique in Amsterdam and there are now signs on the shelves that you are not allowed to take pictures 😳

Just stumbled upon your channel. Rude sales people should never be tolerated because you are supporting their livelihood. Perhaps you should be the one reporting her. Do not shop at that store again, or country if you can help it. That’s what I do with rude sales people. Yup!
Romina i am so sorry you had to experience that kind of treatment. I had a bad experience with recent staff at LV so it has led me to not want to go buy there again. I still go to LV overseas but it doesn’t ever feel the same now that I have had that experience. You’ve done nothing wrong so I hope you don’t feel like this for long.
