I left the black shorts the length that they are. I can't stand when ladies wear their shorts so short their tush shows. Or on jean shorts and the white lining from the front pockets shows. Lol their front pockets are longer than their shorts.

The Zimmerman dress is gorgeous and you’ll get a lot of use from it. I think you should buy the same one in lavender.
The black shorts are really cute. I’m short too but I’ve always thought my legs are too thick for shorts or ankle straps. Tailor the shorts to the length you want. But I actually think those shorts are supposed to be a little longer.
I also am a big fan of cropped sweaters. I think the striped one will be awesome with the shorts, although it might not be very cropped on you and I think the sleeves will be really really long. I like to buy cropped tops in petite so the fit properly.
The frilly white skort ( shorts/ skirt) are not my taste, bit you look cute in everything. I rewatched and that skort with a denim open shirt was really cute. I don’t think I’d do frilly top to bottom.
The shoes? Beautiful. I’m impressed you can walk in them, I could not. I hope you have occasion to wear them.
