Hey Sophie! I’m thinking of purchasing an LV purse for my birthday this year, and would love to get an Alma in PM or BB size. Years ago I wanted the Alma MM in Pomme D’amour to be my first LV purse, but couldn’t afford it. Finally, it’s within my means, but of course that colorway and size has been long discontinued. Last year I bought the LV Summer Trunks 2018 Speedy 30 for my birthday. But I still crave the Alma. I’m so in love with the Alma PM in Vernis in the color Cerise. Additionally, I’m seriously enamored with the Alma BB in Damier Ebene in the new Limited Edition style with black handles and trim, and on the two faces of the bag there are gold studs with an insert of a zigzag panel of red pebbled leather with a white leather trim. I don’t know if it has a particular name, but the style number is N40046. Which would you suggest is a better everyday, day to night purse for any occasion?!? I want a purse to shop in, dance in, run around in, to dress up AND dress down. Would love to hear your thoughts!!! ❤️ Many hugs, Jess!

I'm 5'8" too, but I have to take into account that I have a shorter (more dense?) torso and long legs. The Alma might sit differently on my hip. (I don't have that size yet tho)

Just purchased it today. Had Nordstrom notes in addition to a Nordstrom credit on my account. Got it for several hundred less! I was debating between the large and medium hot stamp for one initial. Finally decided on large as I LOVE my initials on things. 😻
The color does change on the LV canvases. It lightens.
It’s happened on my MNG& DE pieces. If I didn’t purchase them from the store myself, I’d think they were fakes.
