Yes Sophie! I LOVE VC!!! I have got so many amazing bargains on there. A carrier belt, Dior bar jacket, loads of shoes! Most of these items I would struggle to have justified the price buying new. Especially with the cost of living rising so much these days buying luxury preloved is a sensible choice! Thanks for your great videos as always Sophie 😘
This video is so helpful Sophie. Thank you! Gosh I could listen to you all day!! This is perfect because I'm on the hunt for a new bag around 400 GBP ($700 AUD). I'm the type who likes to buy and use a bag without breaking the bank. But it's so hard now because I'm super picky. I had my eye on the Tory Burch on season bucket bag with strap but it comes in smooth leather which I don't like because of how it can get scratched easily. Choosing a bag really does sometimes stress me out!

I love the skirt you got from Ebay! I actually tried buying the same skirt you got a couple years back (probably in 2019) and they sent me the wrong one! When I reached out to them they refused to give me a full refund due to needing to ship it back to the UK from Canada and the skirt they sent looked like garbage. So disappointed! So I've avoided ebay since 🙁

I love all these tips and the bargains you share. We’re currently renovating our house so money is tight and I don’t own many designer items. I recently bought a Chloe Elsie bag from eBay, it’s black, from 2013 and I was even forwarded the Harrods receipt. Style wise, it is similar to a Chanel classic in many ways. The best bit, I paid £150!!! I also love that we don’t see this bag everywhere, in fact I haven’t seen anyone with this bag 😊

Hey Sophie, I have a bag that I would love getting your opinion on. Maybe it's also a good bag to make a video about. I'm thinking about buying my first designer handbag in the coming 2 years. I really want something that is classic and potentially an investment. As I am a beginner, I don't think a really expensive bag like the Chanel and Hermes bags is a comfortable place to start ( except maybe the smaller Chanel bags). I really love top handle bags so I am thinking about the Ysl Sac De Jour. I know you love Ysl, but you never mentioned that bag. That got me curious. Love to hear your advice. X Danique

Love your videos. Could you make a video specifically on designer bag hardware? I've seen second hand bags that look like the hardware is kind of tarnished, or a funky color. How does it wear in 5 years time? Scratches are inevitable, so I don't mind those. It's discoloration or paint chipping from things like the matte Lady Dior, I'd be concerned with.

I have items that have lasted me years from places that would be considered more on the fast fashion/ discount side.
I find having the shape,size and details can make inexpensive pieces look higher quality. One of my most most complimented bags was was $20 on sale. I do tend to prefer non (obvious) leather pieces though which makes it easier.
I’m a preloved girl all the way! I like the idea of things that have been used and had a life before my owning them and also it just feels a bit more eco friendly to give things a new lease of life rather than buy new. Great vid, Sophie 💕

🤍🖤🤍 I really loveee Zara the quality is great and they look expensive, you would not know it’s not designer. They do really awesome tweed jackets very similar to Chanel so it’s worth a look there
Handy tip I’ve noticed for clothing on Vestiaire, I look at brands like Maje or Sandro where the quality is great but there’s very little resell value. I have found blazers for £80 on there and they’re never worn. It’s similar prices to Zara but the quality is brilliant!
