Interviews for jobs and internships rank pretty high up there on that scale of things people fear – probably somewhere between skydiving and fighting a truckload of ninjas.
But here’s the thing… you’re going to ACE your next interview. You’re going to walk in there confidently and CRUSH it. And I’m going to help you prepare for it.

This is problem in America they hire people who brown nose not people who are gopd at the job I see it day in day out
Hilarious.
In 2022 getting past the hiring algorithms to get an interview is the hard part. Then the real trick is not getting ghosted from the employer at the interview.
The Cave Johnson portrait in the corner is an amazing touch, chariots chariots.
wish me luck I got a interview tomorrow
The best tip to Ace a job interview. Find out information about the company study it and know it by the time you sit down for the interview. Dress well! Make eye contact at all time…sit straight and be yourself. Make jokes and be friendly.
Interview tomorrow.
have an interview for a really big internship in an hour. Wish me luck!
Worst video ever. I even turned it off halfway time.
Thanks for the advice Thomas, do you have any advice regarding phone interviews?
After applied for many jobs and received no returns. I am more motived to become an entrepreneur. There are so many ways out there to make money nowadays, we don’t need begging for a company for a low pay job. It is so frustrating.
Megaman huh this a man I can trust a well cultured man
Learning the basics about interviews & remembering to be your self is a start, but the best way to get better & even good at it is to go on alot of them. Go on the one's you like the least first. It'll take the edge off & you might find you like it more than you thought. These days anyone rarely gets hired on the spot, so that while your waiting for response your engaged in more interviews. Having more possible options puts you a lil more at ease with every next one. You develope a rhythm like athlete's do. One at bat doesn't define you. One missed basket doesn't define you either or a dropped pass. It's better to think of it as a game than a must win for your livelihood. We too often find ourselves trying to impress for something, whether it's personal or professional. Trying to impress almost always comes off as contrived & that looks desperate. As kids we spend alot of our time with games because it's fun. We all know how to play games & interviews are just another version of a game. What ever job you wind up with, your hopes are that you enjoy it. Enjoying starts with you,. Start before you even have the job at the interview. If you get the job, you can add your joy to it. That's how team sports find chemistry.
Omg I went to Iowa State too!
I watched this to prep for an interview earlier today and it helped me so much. I have horrible anxiety and hate being in high pressure situations where I have to talk about my self but this video gave me the confidence I needed to crush it! They offered me the job just a few hours later!! THANK YOU!!!!
Mine is in 2 days at 4 PM wish me luch
2:40 How much u bench brah? XD
Living in this world is like a game. The game has rules that everyone should follow if they want to have some type of success. If one does not learn about these rules and doesn't follow them, then they are left in the dust. These job interviews are part of the game. If one learns how to play the game and plays the game correctly, they will have success in this world. If you are tired of the game and don't want to play anymore, then make sure you'll be taken care of for the rest of your life before you exit the game.
Me watching this applying to mcdonalds:
I’ve interviewed for a job that can be life changing two weeks ago today. I wish I would of watched this ahead of time. Now I’m getting nervous that I won’t be selected. I thought I did extremely well in the interview but now I’m not so sure . 😞
If I get the chance, there is no doubt in my mind that I will ask "how much u bench brah?"
It might be a neat idea to have all of the tips you just mentioned in the description of the video so when people finish the video they can go back and review all of them in the big picture. 🙂
Me watching this 30 minutes before the interview😂
Thank you, Thomas, for that great and well explained video on job interview tips
What opportunities for advancement or additional duties would I have here?
