When you started on YouTube you talked more about curating a style and wardrobe based on versatility, colour palates, seasons and quality. You’d talk about fit, sizing, various ways and occasions to wear nice garnets (that were quality and affordable). But I feel most recently that you’ve shifted to talking about how these high end $500+ pieces are “so so nice/ beautiful/ detailed/ high quality”. I’ve noticed you delete comments (I mean it’s your channel do what you want) but the honesty is why I unsubscribed. You did a MK collab..yet you’ve never posted in that stuff since. That off white sweater you raved about to come back and say it’s pilling and not good quality. I’m not trolling you I think you’re success is admirable. But I think feedback ( and not just the compliments and love) from viewers is essential to understanding how to grow your brand.

Hola. Samantha! Very much enjoyed your rendition of shin ramen. I never knew about the Mayo.

My favorite way to eat Shin ramen is that after I crack my egg into the bowl, I mix the egg and completely break it down as if I’m about to make an omelet. When the ramen noodles are halfway cooked, while water is boiling, about 2 minutes prior to the ramen being done, I pour the egg mixture into the ramen pot, swirl a little with chopstick (make an eternity loop symbol in there about twice), then cover with a lid. It makes a perfect ramen with some cooked soft egg pieces. It will also automatically reduce the spice level (which I personally dislike) but you may love it since it will bring down the spice level by 30% by adding egg into the noodle pot. Let me know what you think.

When I’m feeling snazzy I add some 1 inch cut green onions or julienned white onions with some zhuccini in the ramen.

I hate soft, overcooked noodles as well. Key is to keep the noodles al dente since it will continue to cook from the hot soup broth while you are eating. Hence, if you add the egg into the boiling pot, time it at 2 minutes prior to completion when you add. You are going to have a life changing experience (I hope).
