Here's the fact. It is technically impossible to handle that many volume of products to authenticate. There will always be fake products that will bypass authentication.

That authentication process made no sense! 😡 Making sure the box is good, has no holes? Smelling shoes making sure they don’t smell like peoples houses or pets or smoking? What is that hand to do with authenticity?
Their "authenticators" are garbage! I've had multiple pairs of ds shoes come back to me, but 2 pairs I actually wore go through. I sent those 2 pairs in just to.see if they would clear them or not. Pathetic ass company!

I hope they have a customer service contact number because they never answer emails. I got a pair of yeezy qntm and it was damaged. I emailed them so many times but no response at all. So I end up keeping the shoes even though it has a huge scratch on it.
