Their customer service is hit or miss. Some are super nice while others are not. No middle ground. I have heard others have issues with legitimacy of their products as well. Which is why I sent a picture of the item I want to the designer to confirm it’s legitimate before I bought it. Make sure you do that if you’re making a larger purchase

Sorry but the black dust bag is not from Balenciaga. That is the dust bag from Farfetch to protect the shoebox. To keep the shoe box in a clean and excellent condition ( I had ordered from farfetch many many times ) ☺️

You realize when these items are going through customs, they make sure designers brands being imported are authentic and not fake?? If you had any concerns, you could have just contacted their customer service to reach out to the boutique and return for a refund?

She is so right. I live in Norway and i bought from farfetch a Hogan shoes that costed me 622 dolar. I have 5 pares of hogan that i bought in Italy when i was lived there. and When the farfetch hogan arrived it was Fake. I contact farfecth and they said: we do not sale fake brands and they refulsed to recive it back the shoes because my complaning was sayind the shoes was fake, it was incorrect. So i had to kepted the dam Fake shoes. 9 months later i when to Italy, so i took the shoes with me and i when to Hogan store in Italy and they said: i am sorry but the shoes you have is not a Hogan shoes. I was so fuck angry, i contact farfecth back and they said that they will contcat me, and they never did. I paid a full price for a fake krape. Becarfull, dont buy from farfecth!!
So try buying Balenciaga’s from Balenciaga…
