You need the emerald hangisis- so stunning!
I’m a chiropractor and the swelling should subside in a few months. Your arches can be exercised (exercise is called short foot posture) as well as looking up dr. Andreo spina’s videos on intrinsic foot muscle exercises. These all help to support the arch. During pregnancy the ligaments that hold the little bones of your arch become loose and the body weight flattens the arch, making the foot slightly larger. Also consider an orthotic when wearing your day shoes.
