I tried the concealer in the past, and I was pretty underwhelmed. Will this new addition to the line change my mind?

I wonder if they put fragrance because it smelled bad. Sometimes the βnaturalβ products donβt smell great. Great video, love the comparisons.

I just pulled out my Ilia Foundation (not the skin tint), and seeing how beautiful it is again on the skin. Would you say the Exa is similar? There is something about the color and radiance in the Ilia that gives me a "better skin" look instead of a makeup look. I wish it was more transfer proof and buildable, but I haven't found another foundation with that same effect.

This was so helpful! I always love watching your foundation review videos cause you give such a full scope review on it. You mentioned Exa behaves well with everything, like powders and such. Any chance you would make a full face video of all products that behave well with anything you pair it with? For those of us who are two lazy to figure out which of their products are oil based vs water based, etc. Haha! It seems you have a good grasp on products that have formulas like that and I would be curious to hear your picks!

Squeeze the dropper before putting it back in maybe? That might help get more product in it.
27:30 Kackie- this completely summarizes how I feel about reviews. I love and appreciate the way you review products so much. I also feel like some people want you to say "it's awful- it's terrible" or "it's amazing, I'm obsessed" but the reality is it's so much better for a reviewer to present their experience and let folks watching form their own informed opinion for themselves.

Hi , thanks for this helpful review. The kw cream foundation creases on me. Do you have any problems with creasing in the liquid formular. How would you compar the liquid and the cream kw foundation?
cosmetics by caroline had the same thoughts on most topics but especially the dropper and coverage. she did say that when patting the product in instead of swiping like she saw in promos, it kinda seemed pore blurring. I feel like that dropper issue is meant to prevent waste (i.e., as you're pulling out the dropper, excess products gets wiped in the bottle like mascara). otherwise, i can see it being extremely messy once you put the dropper back in. great review! i really appreciate the close up! π

I am from Canada, I am 36 and just started wearing makeup. I try to eat clean and use clean products. I never wore makeup because the clean makeup selection had sucked up until 3 years ago. I use a foundation for full coverage by a line called Nude by Nature. I don't love it but I don't want to waste. So I am always looking for a new clean foundation. My light coverage foundation is by Vichy, which I think is Canadian. I do order from Sephora and I am hear for your journey lol. Love your videos and energy. I started watching beauty tutorials about a few months ago and was always disappointed that no one promotes clean products. I get it Clean makeup has not been great at performance but if more people buy clean that would force more manufacturers to think about ingredients and packaging. I love your channel π€© thanks

I have mature, dry skin, and the Kjaer Weis is holy grail for meπ₯°. In my case, it does everything every other foundation didnβt do lol! I do prefer the light to medium coverage I get from it, but I also find it very smoothing and keeps my skin feeling comfortable all day. It sort of just βmeltsβ in and stays put. It takes that dullness from my mature skin and wakes it up…Iβm comfortable with how my base looks literally for the first time in years. Also, I love your channel, your energy is positively fantastic and all the work you do is so appreciated! Makeup can be such a personal experience…so very different from one person to the next, I enjoy hearing from all corners of the spectrum and knowing how products perform on a multitude of skin types and tones!
Ok, so there is a limited selection of clean beauty products. There's even more limited selection of great clean beauty products. And to find a product that is clean, has great performance AND is fragrance free is absolutely a nightmare. For a makeup lover who has no tolerance for fragrances (sensitive/allergic to them) these sort of decisions drive me insane. Where can I set up my soap box…

I have this shade in M222 in subtlety. I was told that Kjaer Weis has said to put down a face oil first. I have dry skin, so this technique works for me. I donβt smell a scent. Itβs not like Chanel. I donβt like the dropper. Sometimes I just shake it out on my glass palette. Mine dries down on my skin, but I have super dry skin. I donβt powder it because it looks dry on its own. In fact, today it was too dry. I kept spraying hydrating spray on it to try to revive it. ππ»ββοΈ
