  1. Farfetch does not care if you are a veteran or new customer. When there are money involved, they will treat you miserably and falsely accuse of things just to get your money. After 5 years with them, they refused my return and forced me to accept an order claiming that i`ve sent the products back without tags. They also said they took this action because it happened with me in the past but they didn`t said anything about it. After 1 week of emails (with no answer from them) to show me proof that i did something wrong in the past they came back with a last email that it has nothing to do with my past it is just that D&G does not accept the products returned without tags. Forgot to mention that "returned without tags" is just a false accusation. The products were either sent without tags in the first place or they were cut down by D&G to force me accept the product. When i received the products the first time, they were each in their original sealed bag. Now after they refused my return, they sent the products back in a cheap box and both products in a bag like trash (imgur .com/ZNeAgpK.jpg). A disgrace for Farfetch and D&G for recurring to these tactics. I have never thought they will do such things.
