2.  How are you scaling the experimentation rituals to other brands or BUs that might not natively think this way? (a culture question, with bit of a people/skills angle)

3.  Describe the needed ingredients to focus on being an enabler instead of an executioner. (how to support decisions but not make them!! – this is a culture question for sure)
