I tried the Versace platform and I am 5"5. I think they are amazing. I didn't purchase them because I felt self conscious. If I was a bit younger I would definitely buy them. Im middle aged so I thought maybe not so appropriate for me :o) I totally agree about the man in Birkenstocks. I am not a fan of a man in flip flops. I am so happy you mentioned how we are all different. I think that is so important to note with todays climate in the world. Thank you for adding that inspirational anecdote especially with your presence on this platform and in social media. I wish more influencers spoke on that subject so candidly as you have.

Ugh Balenciaga…My grandmother wears everything Balenciaga, and those shoes look like they are made for older beautiful women. I’m sure she has them already.
I also love ' wide made ' shoes, because I have actually big feet for a tiny person, and I used to wear a lot of flat shoes cos I always have to do everything by foot where I live, so my feet got wider with growing up, so I need wide shoes, you are right, most shoes are always tiny made, it's difficult to find nice fine shoes for women with big feet lol
