I bought a leather Kenzo Eye Wallet from Farfetch in October 2017, and by Feb 2018 the flap on the wallet had ripped. The wallet came with a 2 year guarantee from Kenzo, yet on contacting them they would not accept responsiblity and neither would Farfetch, so this guarantee meant absolutely 0, a ploy to get you to buy. Kenzo make rubbish leather goods and treat their customers with contempt, I will never buy from either Kenzo or Farfetch again.
