Gymnastics was a big part of my life once so i have to say this now.
A gymnastics ball ist just a rubber ball you use as an instrument like a hoop or a rope. You throw it, do fancy looking stuff with it and so on. Medicin balls on the other hand are really big, thicc and heavyyy. They can weigh up to 11 kg / 25 lb.
Back when i did gymnastics, i know how many things i broke and i think it's a great idea to use these again and make something out of them
